TRUSS Miami Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at office@trusspromiami.com. Approved returns should be sent to:
1800 N Bayshore Dr, CU1, Miami FL 33132, United States.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, informing you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
